Do I have to take my car to the dealer or the shop my insurance tells me to go to?
No, You have the right by law to take your vehicle to the shop of YOUR CHOICE.
The ins. co. may suggest but they can not make you .Some shops cut deals or
have a contract to do a discounted repair. We can handle all ins. claims for you
and provide better and most of the time faster service.

Do I have to take my car back to the dealer?
No, You are not required to have your car repaired by a dealer. We all get our parts from
the same place ,the main difference is we feel that we can give you personal family service.
some of our customers tell us that im just a number and it just takes to long to get my car back.

Do I have to go get estimates for the insurance company?
No, Most ins. co. have appraisers that provide you with an initial estimate of damage. We honor
the ins. companies estimate and will handle any additional missed items once the car is torn down.
many of todays cars will have hidden damage that is not detected until once it is in the shop and
is disassembled.
